Our production methodology

When we receive the client's order, we confirm its terms and give details of our sales conditions.

The Production and Quality departments work together to complete the working documents:

• Manufacturing instructions,
• Inspection reviews and frequency,
• Procedure and inspection reviews specific to the part,
• Inspection means,
• Adjustment sheet,
• Traceability documents.

The tools received from our partner are then tested in actual conditions, re-worked if necessary and then qualified and referenced after acceptance of the initial samples by the client.
