Profiles
Profiles have a specific shape section, to meet client requirements, and fulfil a defined function. They are produced exclusively to measure and we have no standard profile range.
They are defined by a section and wall thickness, generally between 0.8mm and 3mm.
Most profiles are solid, but if too heavy, they may have hollow areas to make them lighter. Longitudinal partitions make the profile more rigid.
Generally speaking, profile wall thickness must be as regular as possible to avoid deformation during cooling.
Profiles can be cut, pierced, or have adhesives applied in order to fulfil their functions.
They can also be coloured by adding colour masterbatches adapted to the type of material.
We produce most of our profiles within the section dimension range 1 - 70mm.
