Plastic extrusion is a technique that enables the production of long products of constant section.
It involves melting the raw material in a heated sheath containing a rotating screw.
The material is pushed through a die which gives the final shape to the product. It is then cooled and solidifies.

There are a huge number of products that can be made by plastic extrusion, notably in the construction and equipment sectors (profiles for window frames, tubes for plumbing, seals, etc.), as well as agriculture (polycarbonate sheets for greenhouses) and toys (hula-hoops and scoubidous).

In the vast sector of plastic extrusion, we have many years' specialised experience in the manufacture of tubes and profiles for industrial applications, with section dimensions ranging from 0.3mm to 70mm.
We also propose 6-100mm diameter rods for machining.
All our manufactured products are produced to measure from our clients' specifications.

This specialisation enables us to meet the requirements of the most exacting industrial sectors, such as aeronautical, automotive, medical, electrical construction, packaging, etc.
