Design to monitoring process
In this section we will describe the different stages that allow us to produce tubes or profiles, consistent with the expectations of our clients.
Each thermoplastic has its own characteristics: economic, mechanical, thermal, chemical, rheological, regulatory or normative, etc.
The first stage consists of researching the optimal material likely to meet our client's specifications.
In the second stage, the tooling study is conducted in close collaboration with the toolmakers, specialised in the development of dies and calibrators.
At the end of this stage we can send our offer.
When we receive the order, a third stage consists of extruding prototypes with the final toolings.
These prototypes will lead to the validation, in operation, of the theoretical choices made throughout the process, on the basis of technical data sheets, computer simulations or rapid prototyping etc...
After validating the prototypes, the tube, the profile, or any other product studied is allocated a product code and followed in production by batch number, dimensional report and process monitoring datasheets.
Quality certificates will be provided if necessary.
The development time of a product is generally between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of products to be manufactured.
