
Work environment
To meet our clients’ requirements on cleanliness and contamination, FOLIOPLAST has implemented :
- Pest prevention and management.
- Analysis and monitoring f closed water circuit.
- Equipment is water cleaned.
- The tools are cleaned in a high temperature oven, then through a microblasting machine.
- For the maintenance of our equipment and tools we use oils, greases and lubricants for food use.
- We do not use additives, adjuvants or others.
- We raise awareness among our staff on hygiene through different levels of work environment.
4 levels of work environment :
Base formula applicable to all our clients .
Line clearance: disassembly, cleaning of the entire screw and barrels and tooling setup.
Line clearance: disassembly, cleaning of the entire screw and barrels and tooling setup.
Prevention: use of single use nonwoven layer and hand sanitizer.
Line clearance: disassembly, cleaning of the entire screw and barrels and tooling setup.
Prevention: use of single use nonwoven layer, hygiene cap, lab coat, mask, gloves and/or hand sanitizer.
Line clearance: disassembly, cleaning of the entire screw and barrels and tooling setup.
Prevention: use of single use nonwoven layer, hygiene cap, lab coat, mask, gloves and/or hand sanitizer.
Particularities :
- use of tap water during the extrusion process.
- alcohol disinfection of the various component of the line.
- exclusive and reserve use of the line components (conveyor belt, cutting roll,…)
- specific packaging (double layer, foam, sheath, …)
- specific storage condition.
