Plastic Pipes

Plastic Pipes

They are mainly round and defined by internal and external diameter or thickness partition.
They can also be customed in tubular shape that are not circular or be composed of multiple lumens (multi-lumen), especially in the medical field.
Depending on our clients’ needs, we can manufacture rigid or flexible pipes. Feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

Rigid plastic pipes

A rigid plastic pipe is commonly used to support a mechanical load or protect or a fragile content. It is usually cut to length or presented on a cable drum.

Despite their rigidness, they are still can be flexible within a small section (diameter or wall thickness) allowing a packaging on coil or reels.

Flexible plastic pipes

A flexible plastic pipe is often used to conduct liquid or gaseous fluids, but also for its deformability. Apart from some technical materials, flexible pipes are not meant to support high mechanical loads or high temperatures. Flexible pipes can be packaged on coil, on reels or cut to length. Many flexible materials – characterized by their Shore hardness of 20 ShA for the most flexible to the semi-rigid ones - can be processed.
