Plastic extrusion for the Health sector

Our company has been evolving for many years in close collaboration with our clients in these fields, which allowed us to acquire a solid experience, and thus, meet the highest specifications.

We can transform rigid, flexible, transparent, radio-opaque materials. They are available in grades approved by the European Pharmacopoeia or classified as USP Class VI.

Our choice of materials also relies on their ability to be sterilized whether through an autoclave, ethylene oxide, or ionizing radiations.

The products produced by our company are generally used in all types of devices.

They are extruded through optimal cleaning conditions with the cleaning of the manufacturing lines, individual protection of the machine operators, double-bag packaging, traceability though they are not manufactured within cleanrooms.

We mainly extrude :

• Protective tubes for needles or catheters, for analysis sample, endoscope cleaning, dipping tubes or laparoscopic tubes,
• POM bars machined to manufacture surgery tools,
• Strips and tubes sensing the odors for detection dogs’ trainings.
