Plastic extrusion for the automotive sector

We manufacture a large range of products for the automotive industry, mainly for its interior application.

This sector holds all sorts of requirements, in particular on mechanical loads, noise reduction, fuel resistance, temperature resistance, UV resistance, odor transmission, recyclability.

We are in close collaboration with the equipment manufacturer teams specifically on the definition of the product phase, documentary requirements (IMDS, normative, regulations…), as well as the project development and carrying out phases.

For instance, we produce :

• Pipes and rods for under-the-hood applications, headrest, fuel gauges, electrostatic powder coating,
• profiles for truck flooring, impact protection, sunroof, industrial machinery feed, thermal transfer point, wear-resistant bearings…
